I regret that you are disappointed with our special meals being
discontinued for travel on or after May 01, 2014, in our United First
to/ from Newark to Los Angeles and Newark to San Francisco. It is never
our intent to inconvenience our passengers, and I am very sorry if your
expectations were not met. We appreciate the time you took to share your
thoughts with us, and your giving us the opportunity to apologize for
any inconvenience.
I recognize that this may not be the answer that you had been hoping
for, but your feedback is very important and valued, so we hope you will
continue to fly with us.
