Great One Way Rental Rates (and Regular Car Rates) through Costco

l just booked a friend a 2 week one way rental picking up in Phoenix dropping off in LA for $300 through Costco Travel. The closest I found was over 600 (without using corporate codes). I randomly searched other cities such as San Francisco to LA and Newark to DC and also found great rates (some other such as NY to Miami were still a fortune).`

I use Costco travel all the time for rentals for friends over 25, I find great rates sometimes.
I find that sometimes they don't add the available coupons to the quote, you sometimes have to call the rental company to add it after.
