Between 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 21, 2014 and 11:59 p.m. CT on May 23, 2014 (“Promotional Period”), visit facebook.com/AmericanAirlines (the “Facebook Website”), and “like” the American Airlines Facebook page to access the AAdvantage Passport Challenge (the “Promotion”) page.

Bonus miles will be awarded within 3-4 weeks after the promotion period has ended .

You can try to contact them. Perhaps at least they'll see you tried re-activating it.
