Donating food

Looking for an organization that can donate food products to poor people in the Tri State are.

Will collect leftover Shaloch Manos and chometz from my shul and bring over.

There are tons, especially right before Pesach.  Where are you located?  In Lakewood, there are ads in the BP, and signs around the Yeshiva/shuls with drop off locations.  I'm sure there is something simiar in Brooklyn.
