Free Virtual Number w/Forwarding?

I'm looking for a virtual number that will forward to a US number (my mobile phone). Something like Google Voice, but GV won't work for me since I need 1 number forwarded to 2 mobile numbers, and both of these mobile numbers already have a GV number forwarded to it. Google will not forward more than one number to the same destination.
Anyone know of anything?

I saw somewhere on the forum, that if you list the number as a landline when you connect it to Google voice, you can have more than one number forwarded to the same destination.

Yes, this will work for calls, but then I can't get SMS forwarded to my mobile and I need to receive SMS on one of these lines.

I think GV also supports SMS by email, which you can forward/retrieve on the phone. Also, if you have a smartphone that supports the official GV app, you can get your SMS in the app directly instead of forwarding anything at all.

I think once the number is synced, you can change it to mobile.

Looked around a bit.  Can anyone just give me a summary?  Is googlevoice good or not good to use?  TIA
