autoeurope.com  is giving me a quote to rent with Europe car in Paris $100 for a week. way cheaper then anything I can find (including the Europe car corporate number).

Anyone have experience using them?

No, I rented for someone else, and the car was supposed to be fetched by Hertz.
Hertz apparently knew this renter and refused to give him a car.
