I only know what the guide say:
Winter, which spans from June to August, keeps Paulistas at times well bundled in sweaters and light coats with temperatures ranging from 55 to 75 degrees F (12 to 23c) . . . For this reason, people say the best time to visit Sao Paulo is summer or spring from September through March. However, for those travelers used to a much more frigid climate, any time of the year will do.
