Accompanying past security
« on: March 24, 2014, 07:40:02 AM »
My sister just had a surgical procedure done and is flying by herself with a few kids. Is there any way TLV airport will let me accompany her to the gate to help her out?? (I am not flying)

You can buy a refundable ticket, and cancel it after you go through.

But would that be messed up with border control and customs. Its not like in USA where you can just go to the gate.

It may be that simple but I dunno.

I've seen it happen..also 1 time the security official asked if I'd like to accompany person I drove to airport to gate...unfortunately I didn't have my passport so I couldn't but he was willing to let me thru security
