Lock installing apps + remove browser + add apps you need (possible rules: no games, no sports, no entertainment, etc.).
[Occasionally an app will have a built in browser/or need to access a certain website - just go back in to settings (with password) and add that website].

SafeKiddo uses the Microsoft built-in service called Workplace. You can use it for free, or for a small fee. (like a $1.25 a month iirc) You set them as your Workplace, they are then like the boss and can set phone policy. You can then (have them) block specific apps, block Cortana, block App Store, block browsers etc.

They also have apps for Android and iPhone but in Windows Phone I have not seen anything like it.

I think with the paid version you can view reports and filter web.

Here is there site http://safekiddo.com/en_us/ (btw they are from Poland apparently)

Even if you block everything, you still need to block Bing from popping up when you hit the Search button, need to set the phone's Region to Russia or something else. Then it tries using Google but the browser is blocked.

Hatzlacha!

Thanx, Is it safe and secure ? Sounds shady  to allow some company from Poland and need to set the region to Russia

The company SafeKiddo does not have access to your phone, only able to set the restrictions. It is using a MS feature as mentioned. Setting your region to non-USA is to "block" Bing search from working.  Even if it does work , it is still set to moderate safe search but that is not enough ...

And if you sign up through tag you can enjoy the 20 hours a day support from tag as well (in addition to nativ USA)
(Could be the 90 day free trial is only when you sign up through tag, not sure)

I noticed it's heavy, problem is I didn't know there is an advantage to sign up thru tag and I signed up direct.

I have an issue now and apparently nativ is closed until Monday and my computer is seemingly out of commission until then.

In touch with company working on issue, system restore didn't work

Not sure if it pays to try and reinstall as it may complicate issue

It does pay.  Has to do with the way Nativ integrates into the system.
