I've seen/heard/read about issues with VPN connections over T-Mobile mobile hotspot, and there are ways around it by modifying the phone APN and the computer IPv6 settings.

Do the following two:

• In the laptop disable IPv6 from the WiFi adapter (see https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-disable-tcpipv6-ipv6-on-windows-11, make sure you're doing it for the Wireless adapter)
• On the phone add a new APN with only IPv4 for the protocol (see https://www.t-mobile.com/support/tutorials/device/oneplus/7t/topic/connections-amp-network/apn-and-data-settings for the other APN settings, but do not check the IPv6 and instead do IPv4 for protocol) and from the "APN type" settings delete xcap and add instead dun

I don't know if Yisroel Tech's instructions worked for you but this might be a possible backup plan. I had the same issue that my phone was working as a hotspot for all my devices except my laptop which has a filter on it (MB Smart). I called up my carrier and they gave me their hotspot data apn and I added it and it started working.

Using a Galaxy S23 With Techloq filter.

I'm trying to access the web page it's coming out with gray and black boxes. I'm wondering if it's the Chrome browser that I'm using.



If someone's using a Galaxy and has the same filter if they can please check to see if they get the same thanks.

Thats so odd. S23 With chrome and techloq.. Hmm I tried cookies and cache.. and worked in another broswer.

I guess I'll do a deeper cleaning.

I was able to do all the steps except for adding dun, it said dun is not supported. When I left it out, and just removed xcap, it did not work at all and the phone itself was not getting data.

Any advice?

1. Can you try different combinations, like default,hipri,internet,dun,mms,supl and default,supl,mms,DUN
2. Let me know how the ADB goes
3. Meant all the other settings as well

if it's a kosher category you can have them unlock the whole category and then u will see comments.
Although I see comments even when just the 1 page was opened.
