Lock installing apps + remove browser + add apps you need (possible rules: no games, no sports, no entertainment, etc.).

Is the phone by chance a T-Mobile phone?

I've seen/heard/read about issues with VPN connections over T-Mobile mobile hotspot, and there are ways around it by modifying the phone APN and the computer IPv6 settings.
Yes, it is.
Ill see if i can figure out your instructions...

I don't know if Yisroel Tech's instructions worked for you but this might be a possible backup plan. I had the same issue that my phone was working as a hotspot for all my devices except my laptop which has a filter on it (MB Smart). I called up my carrier and they gave me their hotspot data apn and I added it and it started working.

Can someone check this for me.

Using a Galaxy S23 With Techloq filter.

I'm trying to access the web page it's coming out with gray and black boxes. I'm wondering if it's the Chrome browser that I'm using.

If someone's using a Galaxy and has the same filter if they can please check to see if they get the same thanks.

anyone with any Galaxy device that can try this for me with the same tecloq filter?

Do the following two:
I was able to do all the steps except for adding dun, it said dun is not supported. When I left it out, and just removed xcap, it did not work at all and the phone itself was not getting data.

Any advice?

Actually the phone works without xcap, even without adding dun, if I put it on IPv6 but not IPv4. But then my laptop still wont connect. Not sure what I need to fix

  • What's the exact error message it gives about supporting dun?
  • Which phone model is it, and do you have access/ability to run ADB commands on it? If yes, can you try running settings put global tether_dun_required 0 and then try to add the dun to the APN
  • What are all the APN settings in general?

2. Let me know how the ADB goes

if it's a kosher category you can have them unlock the whole category and then u will see comments.
Although I see comments even when just the 1 page was opened.
