Suggestion: Have someone else have the password (or half and half with a spouse) and do the following:
Lock installing apps + remove browser + add apps you need (possible rules: no games, no sports, no entertainment, etc.).
[Occasionally an app will have a built in browser/or need to access a certain website - just go back in to settings (with password) and add that website].
There is time restrictions and more features too.

There is a new filter company coming in to the market, techloq.com, for windows computers,
I've been using it for the past month or so, didn't have any no internet connection or for no reason blockages.
I think this might solution for someone who wants to use his computer to work as well...

Since I updated to iOS 12, my iPhone se will often rapidly drain batter power by the minute- it will go from over 50% battery power to close to zero in around 15 minutes just using safari unless I put it in low power mode. Something definitely messed up about iOS 12

Can tag remove the browser completely from an iPhone also? Or just from a Droid?

I would assume any ubiquity router would let you change the DNS settings

What was automatic?
it detected the IP and automatically set up the DNS. with the ubiquity, it detects the IP but still doesn't set itself up

To protect my teenage children, I'm looking to filter a Kindle Fire and an iphone5.
We also have a PC using K-9.
What will filter the browser?
K9 isn't worth much...

Ha, give me any iPhone and I can find you the restrictions code in as much time as it takes to back up the phone to my computer.
You can get around restrictions code? I have a friend who's trying to sell his iPhone but TAG lost his code.

I just updated my iPhone 6s to the and for some reason the restrictions are off! How does that work? Is this some sort of glitch?
Found out it was a big issue. The newest iOS is TAG approved again I believe.

All K9 is good for is to keep little kids from going to wrong websites accidentally.
iPhone restrictions are good depending on what ios.
You'll spend more money on a filter for the fire than the item is worth. Are you using the fire for more than just games (ie browser)? If not maybe get an app that locks all the apps besides games.
I'm not who you think I am.

Dunno, had some guy who works with tag here two nights ago and he said that iPhone restrictions are good for new iOS. Not sure exactly what phones (are upgradable) or what iOS is up to.
