In general some websites don`t allow access from outside USA (Office Depot, Rite Aid, Shoprite) flyertalk.com does allow outside U.S. but they might block certain types of IP Address.
Are you using a different program whats scrambling? If you don`t most times Gentech could help 718-436-8324 +442034686155 or try support@gentechsolution.com
I don't think it's a USA issue. The only website I have issues with is flyertalk. It's the only one they haven't been able to solve.

The issue is very simple, they are blocking traffic from data centers etc (https://www.choopa.com/ in this case) since this is not normally a place where a "user" is browsing the internet from.

In this case, since all your traffic goes through GenTech which is running in a data center they are blocking it.

I can't have solutions... it is for GenTech to have... but as said I believe they should be able to exclude the site COMPLETLY that it shouldn't even come from their IP.

Correct. The issue seems to be a proxy detection.
They should be able to exclude all traffic going to those sites from their servers which should solve the issue.

If they are all in a certain category, then perhaps you need to allow that category.
Hmmm, they are from several different categories.

Read through 10 pages, but have another 140 to go...
but can some explain why netspark is $70 from TAG while gentech is $140?
Is the only difference gray scaled images?

For a Samsung S9 and Moto X4, which one would be better?

Is netspark good or wishy washy and that's why it's half price, as well since I had never installed a filter on my device would I still be able to watch how to videos on YouTube and some music from weddings and the like?
As well as the forums and shopping online? Amazon eBay, clothing sites...
 Assuming all those are accessible?

 Thanks guys.

And for my laptop's and windows computer I see you guys recommend Techloq?

And info in the wiki is still up to date?
A site like https://blog.truple.io/2019/11/06/free-android-porn-filter.html is? Anything of value or pay for a filter from TAG?

We at TAG specialize in getting the best filter setup in the best way for your needs.

Netspark is great. Each filter has its strong points and weak points.

The answer to the rest of your questions is yes.

In my opinion as I have seen multiple times Gentech is a stronger product with much better service Netspark is a great product  and 70% would take that because of price or Images I guess some people will still prefer better service then cheaper.

Techloq is working nonstop on building their product better with a average request response under 2 minutes around the clock almost 24/7 because they also have a office in Israel cheaper then Gentech and also has skin toning so my opinion a big yes (My opinion not from Tag office as Tag can`t choose )

I guess I can start with netspark and if not happy switch over to gentech.

Doesn't look that reliable. If your issue is the money, go for netspark. They have a trial period.
You can also try purifeye. I've gotten some positive feedback from a fellow TAG volunteer that tried it on his own device.
Although Tag doesn't officially recommend it yet, since we don't know enough and don't have access to the backend yet.

For a few devices I wouldn't care, but being that I want to filter many devices it's going to run me a big Bill.
I did see with Gentech online with 5 + devices you got a 25% discount which comes out to 112 per device.
  Still quite costly.

How many devices are you talking about? You can definitely get a discount.
Also, if your talking about a large number, it would be best to schedule a time where you can do a mass install so as not to bog down there tag office.
Where you located?

Brooklyn/Lakewood.
 Either is fine.
Have a few laptops and a few Android devices.

Android Installation
A. Important:
• The device may be wiped during setup.
This is usually avoided by removing ALL accounts from the phone.
see below for further instructions.
• Removing the software will involve wiping the device.

B. Remove ALL accounts from the device (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp etc):
1. Open your devices settings.
2. Type "Accounts" in the search bar.
3. Tap to open the Accounts Settings.
4. Tap on each account & select the "Remove" option

C. Turn on USB Debugging:
1. Open your devices Settings
2. Tap About device and then tap Software Information.
3. Tap the build number multiple time until it says "You are a developer".
4. Open Settings again & then tap Developer Options.
5. Turn ON USB Debugging.

Every filter requires to wipe the phone?

Any information on qustodio?
I used it for a short time on my PC and I think it's working well.  But I may be totally mistaken.

Used a family plan for a while. Not bad as far as filters go. Some of the advertised options for it (block apps, restrict device entirely, etc.)  are iffy at times.
Though, depending on your device there is a simple workaround available for those willing to make the effort.

My account is still open as the year isn't finished. If you want to try it out, PM me.
