i asked if they were non iron, but i am pretty sure they are not and travelers are
trvelers have white joseph is only mini herringbone (which is nice)
Travelers quality is more durable, more rough joseph is a better stitch (or something like that, it feels softer)
joseph comes somewhat tailored fit, but im not sure how much

IIUC there are two JAB stores in NYC, both in Manhattan, one midtown, the other downtown.

Anyone have any experience how they are with returns (considering that they are in NYC ;) )?

i have never had difficulty returning and i have done a lot of it! I do feel like I Getty some attitude from them since they can see in the comp. my whole history... And i think it annoys them that i have returnees way more than ive actually kept. But return they did!
