The email they sent out did not mention any exclusions like it usually does.

I know these shirts are awesome, but question.

With the famous lifetime return policy, must you go instore, or can you set up a return online?

Alternatively (better), can you set up an exchange online?

If online is possible, who pays the shipping?

i wouldn't want to bring in a shirt with a receipt to a store.. that is plain chilul hashem.. would much rather an online set up return.. but this is pretty much the same question..

I thought the lifetime return policy meant that new clothes can always be returned. NOt just for 60 days/ 6 months...

I had a shirt that ripped. I just printed out my receipt and mailed it in with a written note on the page to exchange it. I paid for shipping back but didn't have to pay for shipping on the new shirt.

Never email them, it takes at least two weeks to get a response.
