Just an observation, for those living in NYC, that I don't know has been raised.

Whenever I ordered from JAB online, the orders are filled by different stores.  Almost always, those stores are outside NYC and charge tax at half or less of what you would pay in a NYC store.  Buy a suit or a few items, and that makes a difference.
