They send these sneaky emails that sometimes ask if tou want to cancel please respond or if DONT wish to cancel please respond. Check your emails, they probably sent you one that you didnt respond to. Thats how they get out of honoring deals. You can call their horrible CS good luck with that.

Datapoint: If there is ever a delay in shipping your order call CS and ask them to find it in a store for you. 99% of the time its in store and they are just delaying you in hopes you fall for their email reply scam.

I had an order of 3 suits. One suit never shipped. No delay email. I never got around to calling them. About 4 weeks later it was shipped and card was charged.
