Whats the quality of the Factory store shirts on DDMS, versus Traveler?

Rep told someone it's the same. I'm not buying that, I beleive it's inferior quality.

I agree, it seems of lower quality, to prove it, list price is 49 vs 79.

Correct. Plus factory store doesn't sound like it's equivalent at all.

not with each other, but it's still a much higher percentage discount if you buy 1 cheap item at a time.

I got my favorite pants (wool/cashmere) for $33.75 each, not too shabby. A pity they didn't have it in all colors at that price.

Anyone know if I can exchange at the store for the same item/size in a different color without a receipt?

I was able to exchange an online purchase in-store when I paid way below the current price. The salesman ordered it from another store (they didn't have it) and it was shipped to me.
