I have about 1.5 years worth of returns and now when I am trying to return the items I am being told that there is a 90 day limit on returns.

Looking up returns on the website does not mention 90 days but after searching more I managed to find this -

Returns are easy at Jos. A. Bank.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days from the original date of purchase (returns after 90 days are eligible to receive an in-store credit or gift card only).

Update - I spoke with corporate and they told me the policy changed in Nov 17, They are trying to verify if older orders are affected by the policy change or not.

I see now that the later post do correctly have the 90 day return policy.

Corporate told me that the new policy applies even to orders prior to Nov 17 and there is nothing they can do for me.

I asked them to escalate it higher so she opened a case for me and I am waiting for a callback.

They're having the buy 1 get 3 suits free deal again along with 3 free dress shirts. What's the quality of the buy 1 get 3 free?  4 suits for 650 is great, but is it a waste of money?

Must be a cross between 2 styles.  Business and leisure?  It boasts:
Narrower Lapel and narrower through the body for those who prefer a slimmer cut. Higher 2 button styling with side vent.

Well the suit in the link you posted isn't wool and the msrp is even lower than the executive. Probably not the best quality.

Only one worth buying is the Signature Gold line, and can be had for around $250-$300.  Construction is not the best, but overall pretty good.  All their suits have an american cut and are not as narrow as other companies.  That sometimes equals a baggier jacket.

-1. The joseph line is slim fit and more european cut. You can occasionally find them for ~100 on clearance if you are looking for a cheap suit
