Just a heads up I just got back from the summer and had to return some of the 20 shirts I ordered in the beginning of the summer and the store wouldn't take them back . They told me they wee bought out by men's warehouse and the new policy is you only have 2 months to return.

I was told the same thing. I went to return some travelers shirts that started unravelling by the buttons. There was something wrong with the shirts - not just regular wear and tear. The lady in the store told me that she would make a one time exception and exchange them, but the store was changing the shirt return policy.

Wouldn't it be illegal to do that... If you bought it from JAB with a longer return policy, I would think they can't just cut it short on you...

i bought a shirt recently and my first time wearing it, the door knob got caught in my shirt somehow and it tore. worth emailing them or its a waste of time?

If it was within 60 days you should contact them.

Which line of shirts? (Signature, traveler, etc.)

No need to email, I just sent back my shirt that had the same thing happen to it and got it replaced. I bought the shirt a year ago.
