Chase slate:
Save on interest by transferring higher rate balances to Slate and pay no fee if you transfer a balance within the first 60 days your account is open. 0% Intro APR for the first 15 billing cycles that your Account is open.

When I opened the Barclaycard Arrival, I got an offer after a month for 0% APR on balance transfers from different cc's. Transferred like 2k. It's for about a year.

The usairways card gives you 15 months 0% apr @ 3% fee. Plus you get mileage for the transfer too which softens the blow. Only up to 10k though.

No, you can't do a balance transfer from Chase to Chase.

Many credit cards will let you write yourself a check, then deposit the money and then payoff the first credit card

When removing the balance of card 1 by using a balance transfer is card 1 considered paid and you get the points on card 1 as you would were you to have paid it?
