Those that bought from the w store this last sale at 60 % off did you get a white box spring or a blue grey disgusting one? For those that bought during previous sales what was the color or yours? I'm curious to see how many people they gypped out of the real box spring..

They gave these cheap non matching box Springs. I spoke to them. They won't budge but admitted that they are not the real ones. I told them. I'm disputing my charge unless you take it back and give me the correct one you advertised. They said no sorry go dispute. I told them I'm also telling all the many people I know that your liars and deceiving. They said Ok. And they said everyone can go and dispute they don't care. I spoke with Tina and told her I will let everyone know.

regular ones are white and match the mattress and have plastic corners that say Simmons. I've had them b4.if u order one now ull get the white ones.

I should really dispute on Amex now.
The question is how much can I claim from Amex.

the whole purchase. They didn't deliver correct item and won't take them Back.
If w store wanted to correct the problem they could have easily done so. They advised me to dispute.
