After you click search, on the right-ish side of the flight listings page, you click "Show fares in: Points"

Credits are the old SW porgram and are a set amount of credits per flight and are capacity controlled.

Did not know that existed. Even Googled Southwest 1.0 since you called it that and I was like huh? and nothing came up. But okay, sorry I can't help.

Yes you can but only IF you have redeemed credits which are converted to an award.
1. Log into rapid rewards on southwest website (right side)
2. Bottom right of screen, select "what happened to my old awards" (a seemingly deliberate vague way of concealing old credits from regular view)
3. Under "Award from Transition Program" there are two buttons if you are eligible. Standard Awards Availability button defaults to a monthly view. The other button, book an award, gives a daily detailed view, or you can select flexible dates to get the monthly view.
4. When selecting a flight, make sure to prioritize ones with the dot showing availability under "Standard Award."  Freedom Awards cost twice as much, the equivalent of two standard awards. Two standard awards may be converted into the Freedom Award, but not in the downgrade direction, unless you transition them as Airtran credits first (while that program is still applicable, through Nov 2014 only).
