So I just made another 2 reservations - the rep found the flights right away, but when it came to reserve it the rep was incompetent, she put me on hold, came back after a few minutes that she spke to the supervisor and the fare is 100,000 miles, 80k is only for AZ flights, she tells me I checked up the DL file together with my supervisor and for DL it's 100k miles. Also you can only hold the booking for 24 hours the 14 days hold rule is only for AZ flights - I hope this is as true as the first made up regulation

What does that mean? It was only 2 seats available and I put them on hold. Also, AZ gave me a DL confirmation number and it says confirmed on DL.com, does it always work like this, when a airline puts a reservation on hold they get right away a confirmation number from the other airline? I didn't see a E-ticket number though.

Darn! Trying to book JFK-CDG June 24 - July 8 on KLM with AZ... There is tons of available flights on AF.com but AZ agents claim that O class which is business award class, is not available... Any suggestions?

Also, does DL charge YQ on AF?
