I am pretty sure those that don't sell chametz gamur don't see even if it's less than rov

Whiskey is different even if you hold that it has real chometz because it’s a hefsed merubah. Many people I know don’t sell real chometz but sell whiskey. Myself included.

Heard from my Rov this year: bleached flour is chametz gamur because it was soaked. Unbleached is not chametz gamur. Whole wheat is not chametz gamur.

If its not soaked there is no question that its not chametz gamur, the machlokes is if soaking the kernels renders it chametz.
