Who wants חודש ניסן fresh matzos? Anyone with experience will tell you that the earlier in the season the matzos are made, the better they are.

Apparently they realized quite a while ago that something was wrong with their shipment to Chicago when it was received there. But instead of trying to fix it they told the person that received it to try and sell it locally. I just spoke to him and he still has about 2/3 of my order left, which he will be shipping back to me, and he will try to recover the rest of the matzos that he sold (including TR!)

As I told them, I don't know whether it was an honest mistake, negligence, or (most likely IMHO) gross incompetece. But the biggest issue I have with them is not owning up to it right away when I called to pick up, and having to pull people's tongues in order to piece together a story and get my matzos shipped to me (hopefully I will get them before YT, and hopefully we will have shleimos).

They had a chabura baking today give me 3lbs TR.

I’ve been eating Matzah for years, doesn’t that count as experience? I have no complaints, I guess it’s a matter of preference?

Have you tried early season vs Nissan matzos?

Luckily I insisted that my matzos be double packed (2lb corrugated boxes inside the larger box) rather than just the usual paper wrapping inside a large box. So hopefully they arrive intact (and on time 🥺).

Correct, I'd be surprised if Satmar Broadway can accommodate shipping to Cleveland any year.

Was Broadway in past years. This year it's Monroe.
