Actually they all start right after Sukkos
Pupa Tzelem
Is the thinnest matzah around
I think someone sells that in CLE as well, is that better than Shatzer?
Groceries usually don't have the fresh ones either.

You need the brokers

Rationale?
There is a machlokes about which one is more of a hiddur for the seder, but the real reason is because of other hiddurim I get for the seder and those are made with white flour.

Maybe verify that yours are from puppa/tzelem. It says “primarily baked in puppa/tzelem”

Chareidim are the thinnest. Paper thin. You can order from the bakery and pick up. Its not far from KRM. No one has thinner matzah. KRM usually stocks them a day or two after Purim. Much cheaper from KRM then from the bakery itself.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.
