Or I can just order from here I guess https://www.localjewishnews.com/2018/02/14/special-hand-made-shemurah-chaburah-matzah-baked-by-harav-blum-shlita-of-cleveland-heights-2-2-5/
Maybe verify that yours are from puppa/tzelem. It says “primarily baked in puppa/tzelem”

The thinnest matzah around
-1 Chareidim from Boro Park is the thinnest.

Chareidim are the thinnest. Paper thin. You can order from the bakery and pick up. Its not far from KRM. No one has thinner matzah. KRM usually stocks them a day or two after Purim. Much cheaper from KRM then from the bakery itself.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

+1. But it's tasteless.

@Dan why wouldn't you try Satmar Broadway?

Satmar has good flavor, but very thick and dry

The person selling Pupa Tzeilim in CLE says he also has Satmar Williamsburg. Is that the same as Satmar Broadway?

Satmar has Zali which is Broadway, Aronim which is Rutledge and a separate one in Monroe

The last few years I had all 3 and the best was Monroe, terms of taste, & packaging.

It may be a good idea to add a wiki with matzo bakeries and type.

Just get pupa tzelim. Great taste less filling (thin)

IME Crown Heights is #1 for flavor (get Whole Wheat). And probably bottom of the list for customer service.

Also freshness is meaningless, it's the packing that counts. You want your Matza packed in corrugated cardboard boxes, not in plain single layer cardboard boxes. As long as humidity is kept out, it will be nice and crisp. Also IME if you get late in the season (at least in Crown Heights) the matzos tend to be thicker (possibly workers already worn out?)

I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Toasting in the oven for a minute should also help with freshness

But if you are really careful about gebroks, Matza isn't allowed into the kitchen.
