We pretty much decided that it doesn't work on Tapa. Unsure why/how you've had it work previously

Was very impressed with our kiryas yoel Chaburah rosh matza. Taste and smell we're great. Not only did they vacuum pack it, but the used resealable bags....

Interesting because my Lakewood matzos this year are thinner then they ever were, and they are marketed as "thin" I wonder if it's the same product. And my shlaimim to shivarim rate is amazing this year. I have 10 matzos per Lb. And about 8-9 shlaimim per Lb.

$32.50/lb Chabura Matzos from Crown Heights. Some are thick and some are thin, but all are very crispy, thanks to my methods of packing and storing.

I found the thickness of CH Matzos to be very inconsistent. Care to share your methods of packing and storing?

We got the WW last year instead of our usual part WW, it was thicker and just not as good. We switched back to part WW this year and it was great as usual.

Not only was the WW thicker, but it was also more cracked, go figure.

PT Semi WW had a nice taste, was very thin, very crunchy, etc. Clear winner.

It's hard to take the taste buds of anyone that swears by parve cholent too seriously

got at evergreen 2 lbs of hidur hamatzot for $22.00.  It was however very thick. Definitely prefer Shatzer matza (for $26/lb)

Tried Shatzer plain and WW. Not nearly as thin or crunchy as PT 1/2WW, which was a relative steal at $25.25/lb.
