Can you share?

I believe I did in the past. I just ask for every two pounds to be packed in CORRUGATED boxes. That way they stay crispy until opened. That's a few extra boxes for my 30+ lbs. order.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Satmer Williamsburg vacuum packs it (not too powerfully obviously), then puts it in a regular matzah box. Crunchy as it gets.
I'm not who you think I am.

Which extra thin-whole-wheat options are available this year?

(We enjoy Chareidi-extra-thin type, and we will purchase again this year if that is the best.
Any other options this year. Could include shvarim — mostly for eating during the week.)

What are the options out there for non-wheat matzos? My infant has a wheat allergy (not gluten, wheat specifically and my wife is attempting to follow that restriction while she's nursing. I see some discussion of spelt - is there a list of places that sell spelt? Also, are there any machine (preferably shmurah) options for spelt or any other non-wheat matzos?

They have spelt and oat at the link above and also have machine. I know that Pupa Tzeilim also has spelt but not sure about oat. Some say that oat is not so simple to use and should only be bishaas hadchak.

Spelt seems to be okay, so between price and potential halachic issue, it sounds like oat is a non-starter. Not available in the Lakewood pre-order though.

I see they wrote pre-order is pick-up only. Does that imply that it's available in the NY area later on (ie without having to shlep to Lakewood)?

Didn't realize they had shipping right on the site. Seems like a bad idea though, no? Sending it with regular UPS?

It's available for pickup anytime until pesach, if you or someone you know are going to lakewood before pesach just pick it up.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Chareidim up $3/box from last year.

$47 per box whole, which they clearly state has 10 matzahs, not a pound.
$44 per pound box broken.
44/50, 46/63
