How much do you spend on pessach food?

(what city/country are you in and how many ppl do you host?)
I've heard from ppl in the USA that they spend less than $1000 total, in israel ppl say more like $3000.
just wondering what 'everyone' else thinks they spend?

i think we're in the $3000 range. hand matzah alone was $250...
