Its for a small area in a kitchen. I use a 13 gallon white Glad trash bag which is about the same size as the one I have now . A bit bigger actually. Its 19 1/2 tall about 13 inch wide.
If that helps you. I personally don't like garbage building up in my kitchen. Rather empty it daily or every other day. I have a dog He loves leftovers lol

I buy the 150 pack of 13 gallon Glad white garbage bags. Im looking at it as I type.
Works fine for me. Been using it this way for 20 years. Besides you try to fill a 13 gallon glad white garbage bag and you got one big mess. They tear easy.
