Downloading videos

Can anyone walk me through the process of downloading a few movies (Barney, Disney, etc.) to a surface RT? Do I need to download any software? The point is for my kid to be able to watch them without wifi.

you willing to pay? If not I doubt you gonna find someone here that will be willing to post how to do it.

You can download the movies then download a converter (try cnet) and convert to whatever your surface takes

is downloading them to another device and transferring them an option for you?
