Based on your rules, I would say it is #24

#3 = 3456: 3456/42 - whole # (82) = fraction (.29) x 42 = 12, starting from #12 [since he already won].
If #13 is now #1 and then we count 12 down, that makes #24 the new winner, CMIIW.

I think the first to post their *stuff* should wipe out the old wiki. It's irrelevant for the new use and we'd have to scroll down to see the good stuff.

Giving away Dynarex elastic bandages. Have 12 cases (50 per case) assorted sizes (2", 3" 4", 6") some velcro, some with clips. Located in Flatbush. If anyone has use for these please PM.
