The money we all put in if my info is correct is the same as the $ 50 mln Schneider is paying Sungames so there will be money to pay us the Original back at least..
Yup, my sources tell me that he invested the money in order to pay out the ppl who invested previously, rather than trying to make a return himself.
He's a known friar

I have never bought stocks before but if someone on this forum could tell me how to do a shortsale of SGMZ, I would appreciate instructions. These guys are good at manipulating the system. Their stick price will go up right now, I am sure, but sooner or later they have to crash since they're not really selling anything or providing any service other than being great actors.
Here's the catch.
If company goes bust, you have to put up 10x your investment to cover your option.

I doubt we will see any money until the auditor gives the go ahead. And what auditor can make sense of this mess?
All we can do is wait for now until the audit is done. And if the audit fails there will defenately be no money...

Who and why is there an audit?

Why would Schneider get into a deal just to pay off old disgruntled investors? The whole thing makes no sense especially since they were ones who were supposed to invest last year and pulled out because the numbers didn't add up. Why would this year be different?? This is just a tactic to stall and give false hopes once again.  Shame on anyone who falls for this round two.

Does anybody know how long the extension can be?

http://www.auditanalytics.com/blog/non-timely-filings-an-overview/
I guess I found my answer.
So Sungames file for the extension April 1, 2015 to do the audit.

http://www.mbbp.com/resources/business/rule12b-25.html

What happens if the issuer fails to file the report by the extended deadline?

The obligation to file annual and quarterly reports originates in Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, and the rules promulgated thereunder (see Rule 13a-1 and Rule 13a-13). The SEC has the power to enforce its rules by instituting enforcement actions against a delinquent issuer and/or its officers and directors seeking monetary or other penalties, including revoking the issuer’s registration pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act.[2] In the absence of egregious and/or repeated violations, or inferences of fraud, however, the SEC is more likely to rely on the stock exchange(s) to police listed companies. Section 1002(d) of the NYSE Amex's Company Guide, for example, permits the exchange to suspend trading or delist a company’s securities altogether for failure of the company to file its quarterly annual reports. The OTC Bulletin Board has a more specific “three-strikes” rule, FINRA Rule 6530(e), that prohibits the OTCBB from quoting the securities of any issuer that is delinquent in its reporting obligations three times in a 24-month period.

I basically read a lot of the first 40 pages.  Anyone want to summarize what happened between then and now?

And it looks like something big is happening now, based on the fact that all the duplicate accounts are back.

Yeah the time is near for something to happen. Last I was told we were waiting on the audit to be file with the SEC. The way I read the SEC rules they have 45 days to file and they file back on April 1st, May 1st would of been 30 days........So that puts them at May 12th which means they have maybe 3 more days to get this show on the road.

Why do you think something will happen after they file the 10-k? They've been filing for quite some time and nothing has happened.

Why would the money magically become available after an audit when it isn't there now? The SEC isn't handing out prize $$ for filing paperwork that was required in the first place. If the money is available on Friday or even next week why weren't we paid back up until now??

Something isn't sitting right with me and I'm not falling for this bullsh*t twice. Asking to put more $$ to get your money back quicker... sounds like the same song new tune
