Just from a doc description of the most recent doc: "Defendant Chase is terminated from this case."  I'm too lazy to read the Order.  I'll post it soon.

tl;dr Plaintiff hasn't said why Chase would be contractually obligated to let him do a chargeback for fraud.  Plaintiff can refile his complaint within 30 days with more facts if he wants.

Seems he was trying to do this under the 120 day "purchase protection" for damage and theft, but this is about services never being delivered at all.

Seems that his lawyer was sloppy re the chase claim. ( not that it had any merit either way)

He got his judgment against sungames. Now he can get in the back of the line.  8)

I'm sure people will be contacting this investor with other wonderful, amazing investment opportunities. (these investments are not fdic insured but he can use his AMEX..)

I read it quick. Didn't they not include documentation of chase's promises?

Eta

In paragraph 2. He needs to amend his complaint?

In the initial complaint, yes. But the court noted that even the promises they referred to in the brief were about the purchase protection, which isn't for fraud.

ETA: Anyone have the Chase cardmember agreement section that covers disputes for fraud?

When the affinity fraud runs dry, why not turn yourself into a MLM scam?

Sir Shoobi,

There are people that lost a lot of money with Sungames who have this glimmer of thought that there may be a miracle that'll save them. Please post further job offers in the appropriate thread.....

Can someone please post these pdfs?
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/9970562/Moskowitz_et_al_v_SunGame_Corporation_et_al

Taking SunGame to court for the scam that you yourself collected so much money from so many naïve victim "investors"....wow how the tables have turned...I thought he believed in the solidness of this Sungame 'investment' 100%! He vouched for Neil Chandran's credibility and reputation, he used his own reputation as a means to pull in so many victims! Sick stuff....

New 8k filed

Other than a letter of resignation, which contained no material facts concerning the circumstances of Mr. Dobroff’s resignation, other than Mr. Dobroff’s desire to resign as an officer. Mr. Dobroff furnished no correspondence to SGMZ concerning his resignation, other than his resignation. Mr. Dobroff  was provided with an opportunity to furnish Sungame, as promptly as possible, with a letter addressed to Sungame stating Mr. Dobroff  agrees with the statements made by Sungame in response to this filing, and, if not, stating the respects in Mr. Dobroff does not agree.
