Supposedly the same person that introduced MHA to our community -  introduced this scam as well.

the yeshivas that are involved are not no name, here today gone tomorrow lakewood popups.
They are larger established institutions run by administrators and office managers that have way more experience than anyone here with these things.they have been there done that with these things countless times.
Theres nothing you can effectively do about it.

While this post serves as a deterrent to those who see this thread, there needs to be a public outcry making them stop signing more innocent/clueless people up to this immediately!!!

I find that lately the Yeshivas are putting the boys to work. Even if in a totally legitimate way I.e. fundraising, cooking, cleaning etc. The parents are sending their children to yeshiva to learn Torah. They are paying tuition to a Yeshiva to look after them. Besides for Purim it is unacceptable to send boys out collecting. Maybe allow them to put up a cholent for Friday night, but to cook a whole Shabbos??

How much more so to involve them in something like this. What does it teach them? How will the Rosh explain when everyone is in 25K debt due to this scam?

Also if your trying to make it look like they have sales so their stock prices go up you're manipulating the market which is a Federal offense.
