I have the docs, but how do I upload PDFs?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/lyz1hnw2urpf8z1/1-main%20-%20complaint.pdf?dl=0

Thanks, MarkS.

Should have used his Amex!

Anyone know if Chase has a deadline in their T&C?

So when is chase gonna sue back for fraud?

The investors knew, or should have known that the purchase was fraudulent and relied on the chase cc protection to complete the "investment transaction".

There is no mention of the other part of the " deal"...

No one needs 50 garbage tablets...

Did they? I was under the impression that they were told "if it doesn't work out" they would be able to chatge back, but the intention (of the investors) was to get the money...

How were the investors supposed to make a profit?

Getting free junk tablets is nice but no one in their right mind puts 50k down for FAR crappy tablets.

Ain't gonna be a jury. It will be dismissed as to Chase, and not prosecuted as to the rest.

One question that I have is can these "rabonim" really get locked up for encouraging others to "invest" how is this different from illegal mlms that get shut down and only the leaders get in trouble but the others who recruited investors don't get into trouble because they were fooled themselves?

I'd love to see these mamzairim rot in prison, just wondering what they did that's illegal.

I guess his claim is based on:
Quote
82.
By doing so, he was rendered a pawn in an illegal stock manipulation scam, and
was harmed as a result.
But it's hard to see how he can justify that he was an unknowing pawn after:
Quote
10.
It  was  explained  to  him by  Kloihofer  that  the  company  Sungame  wanted  to
demonstrate  its  success  and  strength  in  the  marketplace.    Once  the  sale  was  disclosed
to  the public and used for marketing purposes, Kloihofer and Sungame promised that his
purchase money  would  be returned in full, in the form of a 100% rebate of the purchase price.
Kloihofer added that the Tablets would not have to be returned.

Theory: the civil complaint is just an opening move in a criminal case in which plaintiff was already promised protection. He will see no money and he knows it. He just wants the satisfaction of seeing the scammers get taken down.

I wouldn't invest $100 in something without Googling the person's name.  This whole thing is so odd.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Doubt anything but money would make a person publicly admit his naiveté
