this one is definitely not centered in Lakewood. It  has its roots in monsey and its tentacles are much more widespread
Thanks.
What ever happened with the MHA one?  What other big ones have there been?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Lawsuit from who?? You dont have to name names, just write that the whole company is a shell with no viable business or plan. (As is obvious from their audited financial statements)
This means that any investment model is based on profiting of others who will lose money. Anyone who convinces you to pump cash into a shell is a scammer. Its that simple.
I think you are confusing issues. The OP is not about investing in their stock. I don't think that is the real scam aspect of this. Anyone who invests in an OTC stock had better be ready to lose money. Many of them have similar disclaimers. The real discussion is the whole shtick with the tablets and rebates. That is an outright scam to swipe a card for tablets you never get and file for rebates and can be federal fraud. To name a company in that regard is to call the company criminal and is inviting a lawsuit from the corporate entity and its investors and officers.
Feelings don't care about your facts

Veridian!   Lol.

In all seriousness though, while consumers should check their bill every month, at the end of the day tons of people signed up and then didnt realize when the Veridian price shot up.

So the agent makes a few bucks in comissions at the cost of many thousands of wasted dollars on higher utility bills.

Ok, I honestly don't understand wth this is all about.
Its like if I call myself a merchant, swipe your card, and then you do a dispute? Why wont the bank come after me for the money??

same guy
And here is a name:
Anyone hear of www.MyHarvestAmerica.com? I was wondering if it's a scam. You can get $300 prepaid debit card for only $255. Did anybody out there here about it or sign up for it? I want to if anyone had any problems with them. I already took the chance and signed up for it. I figured, if it's a scam, I'll just dispute the charge. So far it's great and really worth it. If you want to sign up, let me know, I'll tell you how. First just check out the sight and google it for scams. (I didn't find any scam report on it, let me know if you do) BTW, on a side note, you can also make money by signing up people under your account. Sounds sketchy....until my brother got his check!! (I'm waitng for mine too)

incorrect, you do receive the tablets, it's just at many times the face value and you don't want them to begin with

Great point.
Dan can quote from their financial statements and explain what that means. And then give previous examples of these cases.

I can't even get past what the title should be.

Maybe something like "Great Deal or (adjective) Scam? How to tell the difference"

Couldn't agree more. I can't stand the energy MLMs. Their customers end up losing tons and are soured on the whole energy deregulation which when done right can save tons for commercial customers.

it seems you do get a cheap product that you have no interest in but pay a lot for it which is supposed to get a rebate. You apparently get the item so you can't dispute. Besides, that was the answer for MHA as well and it didn't work out so well for everyone.

So they are trying to boost fake "sales" by issuing rebates? Still dont get it.
Do they promise to rebate you more than you pay in?
Is this the only hook; or does it have something to do with "investing in a multi billion dollar corp, that is going to outmaneuver facebook, google and twitter"?

Nothing to do w/ the stock.
It's so he can write the post in such a way that it doesn't sound like he has sour grapes, but rather, he's relying on the financial statements to show that the company could collapse any moment.
