Just so you know that while you can get a company to put your logo on the tablet, you cant get the company to put the Sungame software IN the tablet. So MosheP for instance, can order Sungames tablets and have his own logo embedded into it, but when you open the tablet you realize that the MosheP logo is a scam because the name Fleightdeck (a Sungame branch) appears - revealing the original company.

Sungame is the only licensed carrier for this 3D tablet. You can not get your name in the software to be replaced.

MosheP, perhaps you have saved some people from putting money into the program, but you definitely caused 5 Million dollars of yiddishe money to be held back for the past two months. The posting of the the illegitimate receipt (which the company has long replaced with legitimate ones) is the cause of the current suffering of a few hundred families. May Hashem have mercy on your soul.

That receipt caused a hold on payments until every single person signed new ones which caused a ripple effects of more delays and frustration. It caused the auditor to ask that the last three Q's be redone. This has caused a delay in filing the current Q giving the company an E rating which caused the stock to go down to $5. MosheP, your well meaning mission was a failure. Like Elkana's wife penina, who pained chana so that chana would merit a child. Chana did eventually merit it, but the suffering Penina caused her co-wife did not go unpunished.

It is possible that the offer was too good for you to believe it, but if it goes down because the people who waited so long charged back their card causing bankruptcy, its YOU MosheP who caused it. The delay we are in now is YOUR doing. If it fails because the stock goes down to zero - causing and end to the company - it YOU MosheP who are responsible. When you put up the receipt, the company was at a much healthier state. MosheP, you were called by numerous people to take it down. You refused. You knew people felt threatened that they will lose their money if it was kept up. The threat they felt is now more real then ever but you continue to proudly keep it high in the sky. I'm sorry you're in this situation and I hope you get your money back soon.
Don't let your anger over being in a sticky situation cause you to talk disrespectful to someone who was just trying to help. Especially (as you have reminded us) in Elul.   I personally and I'm sure others as well really feel for those who have been part of this situation and lost their money. It's a terrible thing.
