They were promised an initial rebate and a tablet and an educational grant. If they didn't receive any of those, there is room for a dispute. Must places received these promises in writing

Suppose we agree you will buy bonds issued by my compamy and I promise you will receive your money plus 10% per year. Then I go bankrupt. Can you do a chargeback on your cc?

No. They weren't offering bonds or an investment in their company. As I said before it was a rebate and an educational grant both were guaranteed. And the sale of the tablets were contingent on those clauses.

I don't think so. If you received actual bonds (not fake ones), then the "merchandise" was provided as described, regardless if they later become worthless because of the bankruptcy. If they were proper bonds with an actual contract that promises certain returns, you can register as a creditor for the bankruptcy proceeding. You will get priority over investors. However, it's not likely that you'll recover very much.

Isn't there regulations about buying securities with a CC is not allowed?

I feel the need to add my comments too. I have made a bankdeposit of $ 6.000 on 14-02-2014. I received my 3D tablet in the last week of june and got my
money back in full last week. I am now waiting to see what the gift will be. My leader tells me it is coming anyday now. But at least i am already breakeven in cash and have a nice tablet as interest for lending my money for 8 months...

But I must say it looks a whole lot easier since I got the refund. As I read back a lot of you have not gotten their participation
amount back yet. I hope for all of you that this deal is not just for the group that started in the second week of februari. As far
as I know the deal was only active for our group in that week and has not been offered again to us. I asked to increase in april
and was not allowed too...
I hope it not a pyramid were all those who started after our group are paying for our group. I have not reffered other to this deal
as it was very unclear what it was from the start. The next update from my leader is expected within the next day.

The deal wasnt only offered to your group. It seems odd, that you only received your rebate now, if you " invested" in february. The scammers were the rebate right away and the grant later, all the way until april.
