So my wife just used Uber for the first time (my car is at the car wash) after waiting outside a couple of minutes, the driver canceled... She ordered again ...let's see what happens.

What can I get for that?

I'm not sure if I'm serious or sarcastic.

Anyway uber bans riders that are rated poorly by drivers just like they ban drivers that are rated poorly by riders.

happened to my wife the only time she tried taking an uber.
I don't complain since every time I took them it was great and anyways I don't pay a red cent for it

If it was less than 5 minutes drive is in serious trouble. Just send them an email.

My driver took a route that could only be construed as padding the bill. I gave him 3 stars and a rep from Uber reached out and compensated me for the difference in fare, about $5. Perfectly pleasant interaction.
