Yup I also got it- but that was because I had promotional credit towards amazon on my account and when I applied the promo codes it showed up as promotional credit and not coupon or promo code like other shopping websites. So I asked how come it didn't work and they gave me an additional 20% off.

Start a chat with them (customer Service) and try to get them to make it stack. Try saying that you were supposed to have the 20% for subscribing work on top of the other code but it doesn't seem to be working.
