They said they were clearing them out. That would indicate to me not a glitch. They just ran out.

I think the glitch was you really need an active account to buy through ATT
However people like me who don't have an account got processed verified and order slipped through on the website anyway.
Rather than start trouble and get bad reputation with consumers they let what stock they had go through.
After they ran out of stock or corrected issue some were told out of stock and others were told you need account to buy something there like they normally tell people

Both my orders-piano and speakers-were canceled. I placed the piano order around 10 minutes after SDoc posted.
I had not put in my ATT #.

My pianos and guitars were shipped out but my speakers were cancelled but I don't have an account with ATT

ATT CS is saying that even though some orders are placed first, they may take longer to process so those will be cancelled if no stock at that time!

That's what happened to my speakers exactly because I placed it same time as other stuff. Oh well at least we got that printer lol.
