You wont get benefits on the room. Globalist only officially gets the benefits for the room they are staying in. So just have someone do a guest of honor booking for you

i wouldnt put it as a case closed for second guest glob resv..people have reported it working fine. one person told me it worked 75% of the time. people dont have too much incentive to book others they dont know under goh.

I have someone booking my GH stay as a GOH. I also see the option to upgrade my king room to a suite for 6k/night.
Anyone ever pay for that upgrade and then get an even bigger upgrade with GOH status benefits?

when someone books you as a GOH they don't get credited with elite stays, so itll only be worth it if they get compensated in other ways.

Grand Hyatts official response from the general manager:

“
Our globalist breakfast is only served at Regatta, and Regatta does not have any Kosher meals to its menu due to the Rabbi’s lack of bandwidth at this time. Hope this answer’s your question.”

“Yes the Rabbi is a fantastic person who came to us from The Atlantis and helped us with Cinko and now with Knosh, and weddings. I believe the more comfortable he gets and has the staff we will have more outlets.”

As far as cinko goes in my opinion that needs a tweaking at best and a total overhaul at worst!

For one they need to add burgers and fries back on the menu.

FYI they had it on the menu at the beginning and no one was ordering anything else but burgers. So they decided to take it off.

They have an off the menu burgers and fries for kids ages 5 and under and it’s free of charge!

I think the chef needs to pick a lane, it’s an Asian restaurant that serves steak and Peruvian chicken!

Most dishes comes with a certain spice.

It’s over priced.

The steak on menu is $60 and you get 8 ounces of meat?

They have an off menu steak that’s 14 ounces for around $80 that’s served with fries.

Everyone I spoke to when I was there thought it was overpriced and no one said it was amazing!

On the upside it over all wasn’t bad ,the restaurant has a trendy decor ,nice atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Of course it's expensive! It's in a high end destination resort.

I'd expect it to be much more expensive TBH.

Very much disagree with that take. Cinko would be a top 5 restaurant in NYC and frankly the prices are on that level. I think people notice  the prices more when you eat there for 3 consecutive nights. The same way you would notice if you ate at Mike’s 3 nights in a row.

To be honest the prices would be fine if the food was better and more consistent. I just didn’t find the food to be great. The sushi was very good and the meat skewer was pretty decent. Most of the people that I heard feedback from said the pretty much the same thing. Again very nice place the staff was very good. Just hope thy can tweak the menu and put the burger back on the menu.

+1. It's not heimish or American style food, but I don't always need that.
The apps, rice and noodle bowls are insanely good.
