I wouldn't recommend renting a car there. You can go into town and rent a scooter

Can you sleep in the cove with children or is it adult only?
The pools by the cove are adult only, I am pretty sure children can stay there

Thanks. I've been there and long back since that post. And yes, kids can stay at the cove.

It's lovely; most of the out islands are. Yes it is children friendly. Depends on the number of people in your party and budget. Highly recommend the Grand Isle Resort.

I know everyone mentions bringing food to Atlantis, however how exactly do you heat it up? Do all rooms have an oven/ Fridge-freezer? I read on Atlantis site that they charge $15 per item to heat up, that sounds a little excessive no?

brought a toaster oven and george forman. worked great. the only thing i would recommend is using an extension cord so you can bring it out to the porch to avoid smoke issues.

if you have medication, fridge is free.
