Doubt it, and either way, no need to drive yourself crazy, they offer a free private jet to fort Lauderdale with pre-approved clearance from the CDC.

When I was at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar a couple of months ago, I chatted with a few employees and we spoke about the Travel With Confidence Program...
It is legit, if you test positive at the resort then you can either stay for free until your neg or fly to FLL on a private jet.

My wife and I checked into the grand hyatt baha mar on Thursday and have a flight back to Miami for tomorrow at 6:30pm.

My wife just took the rapid antigen test at the hotel and tested positive, which means she can't officially travel home for 10 days or until she gets a negative PCR. She really needs to get home for many reasons (watch kids, etc...) and is untenable for her to stay here.

Does anyone have any experience (maybe some tricks of the trade) navigating through this situation?

I did research before coming here and heard of a travel with confidence program, but never got asked if I wanted to purchase that package, so we don't have that as of now.

Any help is EXTREMELY appreciated.

Thankfully, we made it home on our original flight after getting a negative rapid test. The check-in counter at the airport just asked to see the negative and let us straight through.

Yes they have a Minyan on Shabbos. The only sensor we encountered was the porch door, when opened the air conditioner turned off, so we had to keep it closed the whole Shabbos.
They charge $50 for a fridge for the duration of your stay.

We are planning to go there this thursday for 5 days with a 2 year old toddler. how is the super market there for food/snacks options. how is cinko with toddlers ? kids friendly ? what type of food you guys would suggest to pack with me to take from NY?

You are welcome to pay for your stay if you want ($400-$500/night). But why when Caesars will give you 5 nights for ~$60/night in taxes? Only downside is it looks like this year they slightly devalued the offer and they only give you nights in the Coral Tower instead of the Royal Tower.

In addition to eliminating the mandatory Bahamas Travel Health Visa, the Government of The Bahamas has announced that fully vaccinated travellers will no longer be required to submit to pre-travel COVID-19 testing to enter the country. All unvaccinated travellers ages 2 and older will be required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test — either a negative RT-PCR test or a Rapid Antigen test — taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to travel and present the negative test results at check-in before travel to The Bahamas. Changes go into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, 19 June 2022. To read the full press releases, please see below.
