Romantic getaway in tri-state area

Title says it all;-) looking for a getaway place, no kids in the poconos, pa, nj or around area. I know of five haven in the poconos but heard its not so clean and up to date. Any ideas of places that have jacuzzis in room? Thanks!!!

Didn't see that, I was just commenting on the pictures of the higher end rooms (the lower end ones do look pretty trashy...)

was at Mohonk grounds once around 20 years ago, but not the hotel itself. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept with many gorgeous and secluded walks and hikes.

Was at the allegria a year ago. It's a real modern nice hotel. Not sure I see why it's a romantic getaway. Either way it's nice and can be had for cheap in the winter in the summer it tends to be more expensive since it's on the ocean. would give 4.5 out of 5.

I was there around five years ago (grounds, not hotel) - absolutely stunning! Very memorable.
