Perhaps we should have some sort of wiki (for those that don't sell real Chometz) for items that you might not dream contain Chometz.

Most people hold that anything that doesn't specifically say on it is Kosher for Passover, is not Kosher for Passover and should be sold/gotten rid of.

If it's חמץ גמור I wouldn't sell it, I would get rid of it, but if it's not then I would just sell it.

Your right, i didn't read it carefully enough, but i dont know if it's called חמץ גמור just because one of the ingredients are chometz.

Interesting idea for a thread.  I was surprised the first time I learned that licorice was chometz.
Now I just learned that raw oats are chometz gamur because of a processing procedure of steaming!
This wiki refers to the steaming.
