What do you use for cable management? My dash cam came with these sticky wire clip mounts but they fall off from the heat.

Hard wired or In the Cigarette port? If I had to guess it's in the latter one?

Cigarette port
I had the same issues with the wires. But tried my best to hide the wires and then tucked whatever I was able to.
And then those clips after holding in the spot where I wanted the clips to be, i let it sit for a bit without any wire inside and  they seemed to stay put, together with some zip ties.
And for the cars I didn't want any wires showing I bought a $10 Hardwire kit and hid all the wires. Worth every penny and freed up my ports.

Looking to buy a dual dash cam for safety reasons for viewing inside and outside of vehicle.
I need something with good night vision and reliable.

Looked into a few in the $100 range such as:
Blueskysea B2W 1080P
Pruveeo D30H( amazon.com/gp/product/B07QDYZM75?pf_rd_r=TPCQRBPQT2G1GAE4B3C4&pf_rd_p=1ab92b69-98d7-4842-a89b-ad387c54783f&pd_rd_r=601f5efb-f6ef-41c4-b474-5202719ac7e8&pd_rd_w=DCYIw&pd_rd_wg=3OINT&ref_=pd_gw_unk)
TOGUARD 1080P

Ideally I would like to spend less money then this but are these the most reliable camera's at the price point or below.

I have an Anker (roav) A1 and an Aukey mini. The power cable of the Aukey got cut, and instead of paying $10+ for a new cable I'd rather pay a little more money to get a second Anker A1. Now that they've been kicked off amazon what's the best way to buy one?

I'd like to buy an A1. The mini isn't really very good so I'm not interested in buying a power cable for it

Not being able to find it ≠ kicked off Amazon.
