Yes phone rep told me chase gives you 6 months to cancel and get back annual fee
She said within 60 is automatic; after 60 days done manually
Here is their response today for a business card I cancelled after 60 days

2015. Your refund for the $95.00 annual fee will
automatically post to your account within one to two
billing cycles.
